In this step-by-step guide, we'll walk you through the process, from ordering macarons to packaging them in a way that will make your wedding unforgettable.
Materials You'll Need:
Macarons: You can either make them from scratch or place an order with me, you can start HERE.
Decorative Boxes or Bags: Find stylish and appropriately sized boxes or bags to hold your macarons. These can be personalized to match your wedding theme.
Ribbon or Twine: Choose a color that complements your wedding palette (optional).
Personalized Tags: Create or order tags with your names and the wedding date (optional).
Scissors: To cut the ribbon or twine.
Glue or Tape: For attaching the tags.
Step 1: Choose Your Macarons
You have one of two options: you can teach yourself to make macarons (good luck!) or your can order them.
If you choose the later start by placing an order with me (I ship and deliver), or a local macaron baker local to you, and select macaron colors and flavors that align with your wedding theme or your personal vibe. I would be happy to suggest some flavors, I have a huge list of flavors to share with you, but some crowd pleasers are vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, and strawberry.
Step 2: Purchase or Order Macarons

Step 3: Prepare Your Packaging
When you have your macarons in hand gather your decorative boxes or bags, tissue paper or parchment paper, ribbon or twine, and personalized tags. Lay them out on a clean and spacious workspace.
Step 4: Assemble Your Macaron Favors
Prepare the Macarons: Ensure your macarons are at room temperature for the best flavor. If they have fillings (ganache, buttercream, etc.), make sure they're properly set.
Place in Boxes or Bags: Carefully place macaron(s) into your chosen boxes or bags. Depending on the size of the container, you can fit one or multiple macarons.
Add Personalized Tags: Attach your personalized tags to the boxes or bags using a piece of ribbon or twine. This is where you can get creative and add a personal touch by including a sweet message or a heartfelt thank you.
Step 5: Arrange for Display
Set up a display area at your wedding venue where guests can easily access the macaron favors. You might consider placing them on a dedicated table or incorporating them into your table centerpieces.
