ALLERGENS
We cannot accommodate requests for customers with severe allergies to ensure the health and safety of the customers. Meghan’s Macarons is not liable for any reactions caused due to potential cross-contamination.
SOME OF THE MACARONS WERE DAMAGED
We take all the precautions into our packaging to ensure safe transit. But macarons are very delicate treats. Cracks may occur. This does not affect the taste and quality of the macarons. If you notice most of the macarons were damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. And we will make every effort to resolve the situation.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all orders are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you had an issue with your order, please contact us at 813-686-6246 or staysweet@meghansmacarons.com. We would be happy to assist in resolving the situation.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping within the continental United States. Please note, Meghan’s Macarons does not take responsibility for delays in shipping and late deliveries. If you had a bad experience with your order because of a delay, please contact us at 813-686-6246 or staysweet@meghansmacarons.com and we will be happy to help in resolving the situation.
All macaron deliveries are sent using two-day or three-day service in an insulated bubble mailer with an ice pack to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during transit. Note, the ice pack may no longer be cold upon arrival, this is ok! The ice pack helps the product stay cold during transit and may be thawed by the time your package arrives.
MACARON COLORS
Color of macarons may vary slightly from photos on this website as our products are made by hand and every batch may vary slightly in color.
MACARON SIZE
Macarons are approximately between 1.75" - 2" in diameter per macaron. They vary in size due to the handmade nature of the product.
HOW LONG WILL MY MACARONS STAY FRESH?
After you receive you macarons, please put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Bring to room temperature before consuming. If you want the best results, store your macarons in an airtight container and eat them within 5-7 days of delivery. You might also freeze them upon arrival for up to 4 weeks! When you remove your macarons from the freezer let them sit for approximately 30 minutes, or bring them to room temperature, before enjoying.
